What is the customer problem and solution?

Customer wants lifestyle trainers, that are original and not too mainstream.
The solution is New Balance, lifestyle trainers but have not reached mainstream levels yet.

Who are we and what do we stand for?

New Balance - Not the biggest but the best. They like to reference the made in England point and the history behind the brand.

What is the product/service you are selling?

Cool and comfortable shoes, quality made and made in the UK.

What is the competition doing?

Sponsor events and athletes.
Focus on style and quality.

Who are you talking to?

Tier one and two people - sneaker heads and fashionistas. People who like to have things first and to set trends.
